Not only do you have large refrigeration storage underneath with large easy grab handles on robust doors, but you have removable gastronorm trays right where you need them at the point of preparation. Unique air flow design creates a 1°C air curtain to ensure food stays at the correct temperature even in 43°C heat. For overnight storage a lid is supplied which can be removed during service.
