The Garnet G2T is a high performance, single-door upright gastronorm cabinet, featuring self closing lockable doors with a sturdy in built handle. Controlled via a CoolSmart controller which accurately keeps temperature and reduces energy consumption. Incorporated state of the art technology and rugged design, the 1295 litres internal capacity is ideal for professional kitchens and the cabinet offers excellent performance, efficiency and reliability.
This particular model is specifically designed to house fish. The cabinet can not only reach a lower temperature but is also entirely made from stainless steel to prevent corrosion.
