True Manufacturing’s story began in 1945 when Robert (Bob) J. Trulaske returned from WW II. One night while out at a bar, Bob had the idea of using electric-powered refrigeration for commercial use. With the help of some family members, the first ever commercial refrigeration units were born. Today, that same innovation and passion is carried out by Bob’s son, Steve Trulaske, the current CEO of True Manufacturing. True uses quality components to ensure a long life of refrigeration with minimal energy consumption. The True Refrigeration TBR series cooler’s have a optional glass or solid door that shows the inside of the cabinet. Its temperature range is 0.5°C to 3°C, which is plenty to meet most cold storage needs. A lock on the door secures merchandise and protects it after hours. Inside the cabinet, LED lighting highlights items while using less energy than a traditional lighting system. Resisting denting and scratching, the cooler’s interior is stainless steel. Exterior is available in both black and stainless steel.

TBR‘s can be configured in several ways to fit the space, look and feel of your bar, as well as the products being stored and served.
Different beverages are best stored and served at different temperatures, so TBR’s can be specified to hold ideal temperatures for beers, white wine or red wine.
R290 refrigerant is an environmentally friendly gas with superior thermodynamic properties, resulting in quicker temperature recovery, fewer breakdowns and, when harnessed by the latest components, significantly lower energy consumption.
TBR’s doors can be configured in three types: solid swing, glass swing or glass slide. Swing door options feature reversible door hinging and a ‘stay open’ feature, for easy restocking.
Unit exteriors (front & sides) can be specified in black powder-coated cold rolled steel, stainless steel, or take advantage of True’s Custom Colour service, offering a range of different RAL designations to compliment your unique bar design.
