From ice machines to walk in chillers to air conditioning you can depend on us to act quickly to attend and repair. Whichever brand of refrigeration/air conditioning system you are using, our engineers can mitigate the costs and disruption often associated with faulty or damaged chillers.

We are normally able to diagnose a fault within a hour on site. If more time is required either for further diagnostic or repair, further charges will be incurred subject to authorisation from yourself. Likewise if van stock parts are required for a first time fix these will be charged on top of the call out fee but only upon your approval.  If non van stock parts are required once the problem is known, we will supply you with a fixed price quotation to allow you to decide if you wish to proceed with the refrigeration repair – giving you total control over your own budget. Majority of parts fitted carry a 12-month warranty as standard.

Not only will we diagnose or fully repair your equipment we will also advise you on keep your equipment both working at its most efficient but also in preventing future breakdowns. A full report of the engineers findings will be sent to you via email so you know exactly what the issue is even if you are not present at the time of visiting.

Basic call out price –  Is for the hours between 8am & 5pm Monday – Friday If your call out is placed outside of these hours our response time doesn’t start until 8am the same or following working day (at 7am response time will start 8am same day. 6pm response time will start 8am the following working day). An engineer will attend between the hours of 8am & 5pm.

Hourly rates – If further time is required on site, hourly rates can be found here.

Over time rates – Must be selected in the options menu if you wish for us to either; attend outside of the hours between 8am & 5pm Monday – Friday or if you wish to start the response time sooner. (4 hour response time after 6pm will not start until 8am following working day unless otherwise specified)

Preferred date and time – Are not guaranteed however we will try our hardest to get to you at the time and date you have requested.

Number of items for repair – Is limited to 3 per call out, for more items for repair an additional call out must be placed. If multiple fridges or air conditioning units are ran of one outdoor unit (e.g a PACK system) and all have the same fault you can place this as one item.

Make, model & serial – Help us quickly identify the correct equipment on site especially if you are not on site when our engineer arrives. It not only saves time but prevents confusion, if parts are required we can quickly find prices and availabilities faster.

Opening times – Must be specified, this prevents us arriving on site when you aren’t open ensuring your equipment is fixed faster. If you are not open 7 days a week please specify in “further instructions”. If we are arrive and you are closed in your specified opening hours without making us aware, the visit will be chargabe.

Further instructions – If there is anything you think we should know before arriving please let us know! e.g if you have a loading bay for parking, days you are not open or any other access issues etc.
