Grams KPS series has been designed to cover all regulations around the perfectly hygienic transition from cooking to chilling your valuable produce. With capacities ranging from 22kg to 180kg for blast chillers and 13kg to 180kg for blast freezers, this series offers suitable options for various kitchen layouts and purposes.
Taste, texture, appearance as well as vitamins and nutrient content are preserved with good quality blast chilling/freezing. Use of IFR function also protects against surface freezer damage.
