Each FlexDrawer unit features lockable drawers as standard, providing added security in busy kitchen environments. Operation is simple and intuitive, with automatic hot gas defrost and the ability to switch drawer temperatures from fridge to freezer at the touch of a button, giving maximum operational flexibility.
Single-drawer FlexDrawer models are specifically designed to accommodate hot cooking equipment, such as broilers, griddles, and induction hobs, making them ideal for integration beneath heat-generating appliances.
Constructed from premium 304 grade stainless steel, the FlexDrawer is both food-safe and built for long-term durability. Each drawer accommodates 3 × GN 1/1 containers (150mm deep), offering generous storage capacity while maintaining easy access. Fully removable, heavy-duty drawer bins make cleaning quick and straightforward.
Engineered for strength and longevity, the drawers run on heavy-duty runners capable of supporting loads of up to 200kg, ensuring smooth and reliable operation even under demanding conditions. Roller castors are supplied as standard, allowing easy movement and positioning within the kitchen.
