Delivery Information

All deliveries are facilitated by the manufacturers of the products you have purchased. Standard deliveries typically occur at the kerbside, unless additional options are chosen during the ordering process. Some of the available delivery options include:

  1. Timed Delivery

  2. Next Day Delivery

  3. Delivered & Positioned: This service may or may not include switching on and setting the product to work, depending on the manufacturer’s discretion. It may involve placing the item in the desired position and preparing it for operation.

  4. Collection & Disposal: This service is applicable only for equipment of a similar size and is limited to replacement, not additional items. For instance, if you purchase one item, one similar-sized item can be removed and disposed of.

Please note that any delivery-related disputes are to be addressed directly with the manufacturer’s delivery company. However, at National Refrigeration Services, we are committed to assisting you and will do everything within our capacity to resolve any issues that may arise.

If delivery to an upstairs location is required, additional charges will apply, provided we are informed before the delivery attempt.
